"Hi Mandy, I just wanted to give you an update now that I'm into the second week of my Elimination diet. I can already see why you said that it is life changing for people. As I may have told you, when I came and saw you I was taking two loratadine tablets a day (morning and night), and was using diflam/lozenges at night time to numb my throat because it was so itchy. I was being kept awake from my allergies, and the antihistamines barely seemed to make a difference. Almost since day one of the diet I have not needed any antihistames, diflam or lozenges. I am sleeping like a baby and I don't have puffy itchy eyes in the morning. I'm no longer low in energy.
